Good news! For the most part, we've eliminated fines. You'll still want to bring back your items on time or renew them to make sure that they are not considered lost.
- Books 28 days past the due date and non-books (e.g. DVDs) 14 days past the due date will be considered lost. The cost of the item will be added to your library account and student record. Once the item is returned in good condition, the cost will be removed.
- Course Reserves material will be considered lost 2 days after the overdue. The cost of the item will be added to your library account and student record. Once the item is returned in good condition, the cost will be removed.
- Interlibrary Loan fines are $.10 per day minimum. The amount may vary depending on the lending library's policy.
Payment for lost material and processing fees may be made at Student Business Services or online in the Student Center.
