A Works Cited page is a separate page at the end of your research paper.  All sources in your Works Cited page must be cited in the text of your paper (aka in-text citations).  MLA Style provides specific instructions on how to create citations for your Works Cited page.

  • MLA Citation Guide - Great resource for MLA basics and citation examples.
  • Purdue OWL - More detailed instructions on how to put together a Works Cited page.
  • NoodleTools - Online citation generator purchased for PC students.

When you create your citations in NoodleTools, use the Print pull-down menu to automatically create a Works Cited page with the proper heading, margins, indenting, and font size.
