Our library databases require that you authenticate with your MEID and password. In One Search, you are also asked for your MEID and password to access My Account/Renew.
If you're unable to get in, here are some common troubleshooting solutions:
- Forgot your password? Try resetting your password.
- Forgot your MEID? Try looking it up.
- Expired student library account? Call the Circulation Desk (602-285-7473) to confirm that your account is still active in our library system.
- Firewall issues? Some places, such as work computers, block access to our library databases. In these cases, you'll have to try again from a different location.
- Browser issues? Some browsers work better with our databases than others. Try a different browser.
