Absolutely! After placing a hold on a book, change the Pickup Library to your library of choice.
An MCCCD ID is usually what our sister libraries across the Maricopa Community College District require to pick up a book on hold. If you are unable to get an MCCCD student ID, be sure to call the lending library ahead of time to see if there is another picture ID that would be acceptable.
