One Search and most of the PC Library databases have an advanced search option.  In One Search, click on Advanced Search:
Advanced Search
In specific databases, the link to advanced searching is typically near the basic search box:

Gale Advanced Search Link

Advanced searching allows you to control where you want your search terms to appear, such as in the title or abstract of an article, and simplifies the process of combining search terms.  In advanced searching, you're also provided with ways to limit your searches, such as by publication date or scholarly (peer-reviewed) journals.  The image below shows an advanced search in Academic Search Premier where the keyword "Instagram" must appear in the title of articles. The keyword "teenager" or "adolescent" must also appear in the subject terms that describe what the articles are about.
