You might experience a "Bad Request" error message or receive "no results" when searching JSTOR.  The error message you're seeing suggests something is wrong with the cookie the browser has saved for the EZproxy domain.

  • One solution is to use an incognito browser.  The incognito browser mode works because it ignores all existing cookies on the browser.
  • Clearing cookies will probably also solve the problem.  
  • You can try using a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
