404 errors occurring when trying to link to articles from One Search?
- It's likely that you have another MCCCD app open, such as email or Canvas. This can cause authentication issues when trying to move from One Search into a library database, such as EBSCO databases.
- Close all the other apps, clear your browser history and then start your search again in One Search. When you click on an article link, you should be prompted for your MEID and password.
