Unfortunately, emails from database vendors sometimes appear as spam, so first check your Spam email folder.  Second, it might take longer than expected for your email to appear, so check back in 15-20 minutes.

If the link to your article doesn't work via your email, open up another tab in your browser.   From the PC Library's database page, connect to the database that contains your article.  Then, try to open up the article from your email.
