For help with Duo two-factor authentication:
- Visit IT in the D Building (room 115), Monday - Thursday (7 am - 6 pm) and Friday (7 am - 4:30 pm). During the summer, IT is closed on Fridays.
- Call the PC Help Desk at 602-285-7200.
- Email helpdesk@phoenixcollege.edu with the subject line: Duo help - Your name & MEID.
Explain the problem and include screenshots if possible
Be sure to check your Maricopa email for their response!
