Q. Where do I refer a student who needs access to a computer?

Laptop Loan Program at PC

Phoenix College is loaning out laptops to students who qualify. Students should fill out the Equipment Loan Interest Form. They should hear back within a week. Be sure to remind your students to regularly check their college email (MEID@maricopa.edu) for this communication. They will then select a time slot to pick up the device at the IT Helpdesk (D Building).

Computer labs may not be open due to COVID-19.

Students can use the Library computer labs (main and lower levels) or the drop-in computer labs by discipline.  Macs are also available on the main floor of the Library.

Computer Labs by Discipline

• Art (A201, A204) - Mac labs for students who are enrolled in computer art or photography courses.  Hours vary each semester.  Contact the administrative secretary (Marsha Taylor x57555) for the most current hours.
• Business (B301) -  State-of-the-art computer equipment and application software for students currently enrolled in Business Department courses.  Check the Business Department Computer Lab for the most current hours.
• Interior Design (DB136) - Computer lab for students in the interior design program.  Hours vary each semester.  Contact the program director (Corey Golab) for the most current hours.
• Reading Lab (H205) - Students must be enrolled in a RDG/CRE class. Hours are set each semester. Contact Norma Pina (602- 285-7319) for the specific hours.
